In order to preserve this critical American historical site (Maxwell Field) from the back hoes and bulldozers that will soon descend upon the field Princeton Battlefield Society (PBS) requires your support.  PBS has been forced to engage counsel and numerous experts including historians, archaeologists, wetlands experts and civil engineers to present its case to the Princeton Regional Planning Board. This has been our most costly initiative in recent years. PBS is proceeding with a number of legal actions to further preserve the threatened land. We have filed a complaint with the Chancery Court.   We are also filing as an Objector with the Delaware & Raritan Canal Commission.
