The fallen officers and soldiers, both British and American, from the January 3, 1777 Battle of Princeton are buried behind the Colunnades at the Princeton Battlefield and deserve a grave site worthy of their sacrifice. The original grave site was commemorated in 1919 and now, almost 100 years later, is in need of repair and restoration. Join the Princeton Battlefield Society as we launch a fundraising campaign to cover the costs of restoration.
The estimated cost is $18,000 including repair of the grave marker, restoration of the borders and pavers, a memorial bench, and area plantings. A plate listing all donors to the campaign will be affixed to the memorial bench. 100% of money raised will go to the restoration of the grave site.
